INSTRUCTION GUIDE:
1 Download Steel Blue rom and place it in the root of your sdcard
2 Wipe data and cache in cwm recovery
3-Boot to Recovery Mode, and
Select install zip from sdcard.
4-Now select choose zip from sdcard and select blue steel rom.zip
5-Wait for installation to complete.
6-Now reboot your device ( Takes 3minutes to boot)
Download the rom:Steel blue rom
To Change Rom Language To English:
*This rom, is in other language change language to english or other languge download the file
Download MoreLocale 2
* Using a root explorer rename the file by adding ".apk"
* Open the app and choose the language you want.
